2023 Williams Lake Sampling Schedule:
April – Rainbow Trout weir installation and operation on the Lake Creek inlet.
May – Lake Creek electrofishing event to collect and fertilize eggs. Likely the 1st-2nd week of the month. Stocking event TBD, depends on growth rates, etc.
June – Weir operations on outgoing RBT back into the lake. Tag fish, look for recaptures from incoming RBT.
July – Bridgelip Sucker netting for population estimate.
October – Gillnetting surveys to assess trout densities.
