Annual HOA Meeting - Meet new neighbors & old friends !

Saturday, July 1, 2023. 9 a.m. - Breakfast/Brunch Pot Luck... please bring your favorite dish to share... we will supply paper goods for this event.

Increased Water Usage

We have monitored erratic water usage for the past few weeks. Please check all of your systems to make sure no leaks. A simple water hose left on all night will use 10,000 gallons of water. We are

 
 
 
BURN PILE ETIQUETTE

Please NO tree trunks.... we have to pay someone to take them down to the free dump.... they won't burn. Please only dump brush, leaves, pine cones, limbs, wood.... but NO nails or screw and NO pallet
