Congratulations Rick Burch and Jeff Toulouse

Rick has agreed to be our "fire chief" - he is a great organizer and will be a great leader for our community. Rick served in the military for 25 years before becoming police officer for 24 years. Rick is also a full-time resident at Williams Lake, which is an added benefit. Jeff Toulouse has also agreed to help out, if needed, since he is up here most weekends. As you know, we don't anticipate fires, BUT... we do need someone willing to help organize annual fire safety refresher classes, basic first aid classes, etc. Rick will be able to coordinate these needs well... and ensure that our firehouse has everything it needs and kept in operating condition.
