The fire department will be holding training events June thru September. Some topics of training will be an orientation of the fire department, stop the bleed, first aid training, firefighting training, apparatus training and brain storming session for fire dept. personnel to set goals and objectives.

New additions to the fire dept. for 2020. I was asked by Chief Clark to assembly medical equipment for the community. Through your annual fee  we were able to assemble much needed equipment for medical emergencies. Below  you will find a picture of equipment that was purchased. There will be medical bags assigned to volunteers during the summer season that they can carry 24/7. We are now equipped with O2 for patient therapy in the event of a medical incident , a backboard with all the appropriate devices for patient care.

The Williams Lake Fire Dept. is looking for community support of Volunteers and auxiliary members, men, women over the age of 18. This is our Fire Department and support is needed in the event of fire, medical emergencies or other natural disasters. Help your neighbors, become a Volunteer or Auxiliary  member.

Please also be aware of our Wake Zones on the Lake.  We have had a lot of damage done to docks and missing boats recently due to speed issues.  We do have security cameras and we have and will prosecute offenders.  This lake is NOT for speeding!
