Mission Statement:

1. Act as a catalyst to improve the quality of life in our development

2. Enhance our property values by creating and maintaining common infrastructure (note: our community water and waterfront sewer infrastructure is managed through a water district we voted to establish through Lemhi County).

3. Represent, when necessary, our area and common interest to city, county, state, and federal officials including water/sewer districts, public roads, BLM, US forest service.

4. Build community through social interaction and maintenance of common gathering area

5. Preserve safe, quiet, and friendly environment by understanding and resolving issues that occur

6. Maintain a firefighting capability to help preserve our development from our highest risk threat.
