Annual fees for the HOA are due by the end of July.  Invoicing will occur by the end of May.  We appreciate that you give us your email address.  If you do, you will have the option to pay online with a credit card or issue a check.  Please see the contact page for our address.  Please notate the property name when sending a check.

The fee for a Household is $400 per year

The fee for a lot is $170 per year

Donations / contributions are welcome and help us keep costs down...  we can use assistance with the Firehouse, building improvement, roads improvement, etc.
