If you are connected to the sewer, you will have an annual fee of $300 for maintenance.  The Water Board will invoice you for the amount when it is due.  If you do not have a sewer connection, and you meet the logistical qualifications, you can connect for a one time fee of $25K.

UPDATE:  as of June 4, 2024 the DEQ inspected our sanitary water system.  We passed our inspection, which is good for 5 years.
